This versatile coat saw extensive use amongst civilians and the military. Made as standard from a 12oz, unbleached white cotton canvas duck, the coat is only supplied unlined. It has a three piece body construction with one piece sleeves, fitted with two large patch pockets with flaps and five large wooden buttons. It is quite long, finishing well below the knee, it has a split rear seam from the small of the back to the bottom of the coat (to enable the coat to be worn on horse back) which is reinforced with a leather tab. Options, at no extra cost, are brown corduroy collar and pocket flaps. Our Duster is based on the one worn by Kevin Costner in the film 'Wyatt Earp'. We recently made a large number of these for the current Pepsi commercial 'Shoot Out at the OK Corral' , they were mainly worn by the Real Madrid football team.
